Sabrina Cerea

Sabrina Cerea yoga teacher in Zurich. As a teacher, I would like to help people bring out their creative potential. I'm fascinated by body and mind anatomy and when I teach I love to create playful sequences to help the body to leave its comfort zone and challenge itself a bit. I love to help people to explore yoga positions and help them to feel these not just as challenging yoga poses but as a way to feel release.
